The Cleveland Bradley Business Incubator will be hosting two tax seminars during the month of November in the Incubator conference room. Both classes are being taught by Incubator tenant Scott Goble, CPA owner of Sound Accounting and will begin at 11:30 a.m. The classes are approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours long. Lunch is being provided. On Wednesday, November 6th, Mr. Goble will present Tax Obligations for Small Business. This class provides an overview of the various types of federal and Tennessee taxes imposed on small businesses. In addition, the class provides participants with real-world (and legal) methods for minimizing and , in some cases, totally avoiding these taxes.
On Wednesday, November 20th, Mr. Goble will present Year-End Tax Planning. This class provides a brief overview of recent changes to the tax laws and practical planning ideas for reducing one’s overall income tax bill.
These classes are being provides to CBBI and CBIC tenants through the generous support of USDA Rural Development: Rural Business Enterprise Grant.
